This is my 2nd marriage. I,ve been married since june of 2005. I didnt file for a 2 yr green card just waited 2 years and filed for a 10 yr/ permanat green card. We had our interview for this in July 2007. Ive received nothing but work permission since this date. Also I check status online of my receipt number for the i-751 perm gc and it says its still in the initial interview stage which is the 2nd step out 6 steps I believe. Is this normal to take so long?

We are now wanting to divorce. I read some where that the only way to prove entered into marriage on good faith is kids or owned property together. We have neither. I have loads of documents, bills pictures, and can get affidavids, but she couldnt have kids. We tried and tried. Should I mention this in my waiver?

You read it wrong OR wrong information.
Someone can own property only if they have money.
Same way someone can have kids only if they got good sperm count and intact uterus.
But without both of these things anyone can enter marriage in good faith.

You can mention that if they call you for interview. I guess most of the officers can understand that.

I-751? Why did you file I-751 if you were already married for 2 years when you applied for your green card? I-751 is for those who have a 2-year conditional card that is about to expire.

You have more serious problems than the impending divorce. If you waited for 2 years to file, then USCIS should have approved a 10 year card which means that your have no need to file for I-751. So, if I were in your saddle, would find out what the hell happened to the initial greencard application. In the interim, make an info pass to follow-up on this case, which has been in limbo for 2 years this past July.... get your butt moving...:)
