Typically, you should get a Oath Ceremony scheduled within a month . Yes you can leave the county between Interview and Oath, but please make sure that you should come back to attend Oath Ceremony and someone receives the Oath letter and notify you.
If it is not important, I would recommend to take the Oath before you travel because they donot not give much time betwen Oath Appointment Leter and Actual Oath Date. Please check the timelimes for various members on the forum mentioned above.
