Waiting time after RFE response

Hello all,

I recently responded to an RFE (EVL, Paystubs).

Just wondering, how long will it take before USCIS lets me know if the case has been approved or an interview will be scheduled. Any thoughts?

Hi,

This message does not have an answer to your querry unfortunately, but would you please give me a suggestion on EVL , what do one has to state in that?

Should it have any evidence of permenant employement and so on?
Your inputs will be sincerely appreciated.

When did your attorney sent the RFE reply? Is there any change of status on the website?

Hi 'preplexed'

The EVL was drafted by my attorney. It was two page letter with employment details as well as company financial information, etc.

'Who cares',

The attorney replied to the RFE on June 10th, and the USCIS website has been updated as follows:

'On June 15, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 730 and 730 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case'
