Hi,

My RD is 15th March 1999.My lawyer has sent fax 3 times and now my company has been bought over by another company and the new lawyer is again sendinging fax but not getting any reply from the INS. I\'m sick and tired of waiting(needless to say). I called the INS and they also asked me to fax an inquiry. Is there anything else i can do?
Is there anyone else also waiting for so long for I 485 approval?
I\'m planning to go in for CP in Delhi, do u think that is the best way out?
 
i feel very sorry for you.i waite 14 months also.my nd 11/00. sent lot faxes to ins.i have same situ

 
 
I feel sorry for you guys. Why do some cases get lost in the INS quagmire? Why can\'t they give you

My case was also in 99. I went to the senator and got it approved in
September. I will suggest you try everything: Go for the help from Senators, Lawyers and keeping calling periodically.

You have to approach your local congressman and/or senator for
help. You should have done it long back. The local elected officials
have a INS contact and can get you a reply within a month.
