Can any one tell me about the process or time frame for a review at the Nigeria embassy? My case for I-130 have been pending since Dec28,01. Husband told it was going for review but as of right now nothing. Is they and one I can write too? Is there anything that a lawyer can do at this stage? Unable to travel due to finance is low right now. I was told that because I have an approved I 130 I can\'t applied for I-129-F. Because they would go ahead and processes the I 130 because it is already at the embassy.
