I am waiting for P3 from NVC. Informed that new process in place for CP from Jan.

How do you know your Case received by NVC. I\'ll appriciate your response.

We called the NVC and spoke to an operator.
She confirmed that they have our case.

I140 approved on Dec 18th 2001.
