Your attorney might be preparing packet 3 for your case. You have enough time to send packet 3 to NVC.

PCC is valid for 6 months only. So you may send the request as soon as your I-140 is approved. If you do it now, there are more chances that you will have to get another PCC for the interview. It almost takes 5 to 6 momths to get the CP interview after I-140 approval.

I did not send any documents along with my P3.

I was specifically insrtucted by NVC, not to send any!.
 
Docs not required with P#

There are no docs to be sent with P3, but attorneys generally want to make sure that the individual does have all the required docs in possession. This is for attorney to have a comfy feeling about his/her case.

I also had to submit a copy of my PCC to my attorney with completed P3 application forms, on my attorney insistence.
