Waiting for Naturalization (N400) Interview in Atlanta

Me and my wife have been waiting for an interview for past 3 months. My fingerprints have been cleared by FBI. I have asked for FOI for my name check just this past week. I am just wondering shall I request an infopass for my case too or wait a little longer. I am wondering it might trigger some thing or at least I will get some more information about my case. My priority date is August 16, 2004.

Q: Anyone in 2004 gotten the interview call from Atlanta Office within 6 months?


Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

My DO is Atlanta. The processing date in Atlanta has not moved a single day for past 5 months. They are processing Dec 29, 2003 cases. This is pathetic.
 
It is unlikely your case is delayed but its good to know whats going on with it. Take an infopass and speak to the information officer, and find out when you can expect your interview etc

FBI received FP 11/14
FBI sent FP 11/14
currently waiting

The fact that the Atlanta DO hasn't changed his currently processing date for more than five months now is driving me nuts. Are they doing anything over there? What such slow movement?
 
Hi guys,

I just found this forum today.
My wife's probably wondering why I'm so late home from work.

I'm glad to see Bolshoi filed in March '04 and already had interview.

My wife filed in May '04, had fingerprint in July (I think), and we have heard nothing since.

ATL is really slow.

Her PR took 28 months!

We've been married 6 years and still she's not a citizen.
