Waiting for LC in Virgina since Oct 2001

My priority date is October 23, 2001. Mine is an RIR case.

I received an enquiry in the end of December 2002 for additional documentation, and my lawyer sent the additional documentation in February 2003.

When can I expect my LC to be approved ? It is now June 2003, and I am already on my 7th year H1 extension.

Is there a possibility that my LC is going to be rejected, and that is why I have not heard from them yet ?

Well, I now know that my RIR was denied.

So, my case has been converted to non-RIR and I have no idea how long it will take.
