I think I have little bit wierd case. Currently I'm on a F-1 visa. I applied for Asylum in June 2007 after beein in USA for 4 years. My family came here in Dec 2006 and they applied for Asylum in June 2007 as well. My sister and mom didn't have interview they will have Immigration Court in May, we dont know why they didn't have interview. I'm still waiting for my interview. Any ideas how long it can take? Any input is appriciated.
