Waiting for I485 approval

Hi All,

I applied both I140 and I485 on March 2004 via concurrent filing, i got a I140 RFE on Nov 2004 , they asked my employer tax returns, responded to RFE on dec 1st week, then My I140 got approved on Dec 16th 2004, but still waiting for I485 approval, here is the details..

EB3 @ CSC
PD : October 2001
labor approved : Dec 2003
I140/485 applied concurrently on March 9th 2004.
I140 approved on Dec 16th 2004
I485 LUD: 10/27/2004
I485 still pending

Now The CSC( California Service center) processing Jun 2004 applications, but mine was March 2004, nothing happened regarding my case, is anybody waiting like this??, why my I485 still pending?? can anybody share their experiences?? any guess here?? i am little confused here.

After you replied to your RFE, was the USCIS website message changed?

Hi all i think it is based on priority date

my I-485 was filed on May XX 2003 and my PD is Jan XX 2002

i am waiting

u have to wait till ur Pd become current if i am not wrong

Yes, after i replied to my I140 RFE, the website message changed from RFE to approved.

After you sent the RFE, did the USCIS website mentioned about receiving the RFE?
