Waiting for I-485 Approval...

My Details:

Texas Service Center
Joint Filing: Me and my wife
EB3 Approved Labor: Mar 2000 (Priority Date)
Country: India
I-140 is approved
EAD/AP approved for both
Gave Biometrics for both on Jun 07, 2006
I-485 - Apr 19, 2006 (Receipt Date)
Current Processing Date: Jun 01, 2006

Can you please tell what might be delaying my I-485 approval? I would like to know if any of you got the GC approval if you have filed around the same time as mine at TSC and/or are in same situation as mine.

Also, my address on I-485 file is current, but had not filed any AR-11 form when I moved to my current address. Will this cause any delay in I-485 processing?

our RD is 4/28. we have called TSC and confirmed that case stuck because FBI security check has not compeleted. You should call them or have your lawyer to intialize the inquiry on your behalf.

Thanks for your response. Yes. My attorney has placed an inquiry a couple of days back. They said it could take upto 45 days to get a response from USCIS. BTW, I my labor is in EB3.

I-140 AD: 10/29/06 (thru prem proc)
485??????? no idea?
how did you know you are already on process for name check?
we are almost close to the date, goodluck to us!!!
