We had opened the query with INS on Decemeber 14, 2004 to know what happened to our I485 approval after waiting for 30 days we did not get any response. So on January 18, 2005 our lawyer called INS and they said wait for another 30 days. If you do not hear in this 30 days you can open a query and even after that we dont hear they will tell what next step to take. We are allowed to open only three queries, that is what they said. Also my friends who have filed there I485 in august 2003 got there approvals. We are January 2003, but not heard anything as of yet.
