waiting for I-140

Hi Guys,
I am silent observer so far. Just today I have created my login.
It is so frustrating to to check the e-mail every day. I think NSC is sleeping guys.I know there are lot of guys filed in the year 2003 also waiting.
I am seeing there are lot of approvals of May,June,July 2004.I don't understand their process. Can anybody please explain about the processing of I-140.
Here are my Details:
PD--August 2002,EB2
I-140&I-485(concurrent)--April23rd 2004
I140--waiting.
I-485--waiting
Applied 2nd Ead and 2nd AP on MArch 16th 2004

My case notice date was april 22. one day ahead. However, looks like April concurrently filed cases is deserted for ever as I have seen approvals and even found 485 cases filed after mine has been filed.

I just got my AP renewal approved yesterday.

Tried calling CIS last week, was told they are processing cases based on the priority dates in which makes me wonder you should have got your I-140 approved. Try calling CIS next week at 800-375-5283, option 1,2,6,1. Type in your receipt number,after the status press 3 and 1.

guys.... looks like NSC is processing concurrent cases from april 04, i got a email from them on 4/7 saying that they have mailed a RFE, didn't receive the mail yet, so not sure what it is about. i have seen other approvals from april 04. my ND was 04/06/04, EB2

What's your priority date and the notice date for I-140/I--485? Did you go for early fingerprinting?

ND on 140/485 - ~4/8/04 (EB2)

not sure what u mean by early finger printing, but i did apply for extension of EAD/AP on 3/25/05.
 
Some of the concurrent filers have been called for fingerprinting early such as myself whose fingerprinting was taken on 09/03/04. Some of them are getting their fingerprints early whose 485's are getting approved in short notice.

If they are going by PD.. then why have'nt they touched mine yet ?? I dont believe there is any clear process. RANDOM.. is the only word that comes to mind..

I agree. Its no use trying to look for any sort of pattern. I have been going through all the approvals/ RFEs over the past few months, and it is just bizzare. I guess the only thing that you can count on is your luck.
 
I guess some of the concurrently filed cases have been stopped processing. Can this may be because of the regrogression?
