WAITING for H1- FILED on JULY 28 2005

I applied for a H1 at VSC on July-28-2005. I have NOT got the approval as of today April 05 2006, (it is 9 months now)

I upgraded it to premimum processing on March 1st 2006 , ie more than a month ago.

I have not received any information from VSC. When I call the VSC they tell me it is in process.

VSC has not requested for any RFE nor has it told me the reason for the delay.

What are the possibilites why is it delayed. What are things I can do about it.Has anyone faced this kind of a situation. If you know of anyone who has please let me know

I applied H1 on april 24 th 2006.
still the case is pending. my opt is expired on Oct 2 nd. From that time iam not working. still waiting for some stupid response from USCIS. this week we filed mandamus against USCIS for this case. In addition can we take any other actions to expedite the process.

My two h1bs, both premium processing are pending since May 2004.

Both cases got transferred to Washington DC office in April 2006.

No one knows when they will be adjudicated.

Where did you file WOM, and how much does it cost?
