Waiting for FP since Sep 2001

Working using EAD and just renewed EAD/AP
for self and wife.

Yet to receive FP notice. Called TSC and the officer
said currently they are processing cases for Sep
2000 and hence that I may have to wait another
year. Is this true?? Any response is appreciated.

EAD/AP renewed once and never got FP.

I live in NC. I have seen many approvals who filed on 2002. I talked to congressman and she said she knows that problem as many people compained about it. She cannot do anything and show same helplessnes as we are.

Not sure what would happen to us as i see approvals for somebody who filed during Feb 2000.

I have spoken with IIOs twice. Each time I got different leads. Not sure now what to believe. It appears we are helpless, particularly when the congressman is aware of the problem and is unable to help.
