I have file all package I-485,G-325,I-765,and I-102 because i had lost my I-94,they sent me all the receipt for I-485 and I-765 starting with #MSC the first received on the 6th of april 2009 and the second one on 31th of march,and as you know receipts Starting with this letters is hard to track ,the only one that i can see in my portfolio is the I-102 received on april 6th 2009 one month ago i received RFE asking for my wife income tax for 2008 and a copy of my I-94 so i sent a copy of the taxes and a copy of my receipt for I-102 now i'm waiting for my EAD to come i call them and they told me that i have to wait atleast 75 days so actually i have 68 days waiting should i call them when my 75 days past just to find out when they gonna sent my EAD,i went already for my fingerprint appt to get done on april 23th and i have fingerprint CODE 3 please could somebody can give advice how my case will go ,do you think they have to find my I-94 first in order to aprove my I-485 and give EAD?
