Waiting for EAD ????

My current EAD is going to expire on April 30th 2004..

Still I didn't receive my new EAD.. I am eagerly waiting for my new EAD ...

You should've applied it for at least 90 days before your current one expires...

Be more organized next time !

My RD is around 100 days before my current one expires in June'04 but still, I am nervous.

The good news is that there are quite a few people in this forum plus some of my attorney's clients that got their EAD approved about 45 - 60 days. After 90 days (if your EAD still not approved) you may go to the local office to get Interim EAD.

My last approval for EAD/AP just took under 30 days last year. So, hoping that's the case with your application aswell.

My EAD

I filed using e-file EAD on March 22nd

When I contacted INS they suggested me this is best... Any one e-filed EAD got approval soon...
 
EAD And AP extensions approved in abt 2 months

EAD And AP extensions approved in abt 2 months. Filed AC21 last week.
