Waiting for Derivative Approval

Mine was approved on 7/13 waiting for derivative, any body else in the same situation?

I saw many got their derivative together...hoping ours will be soon.

All our dates are same except approval :rolleyes:

mine was approved on 7/13 too and waiting for derivative. in fact spouse didn't have a lud change after her FP. Good things is TSC IO Confirmed that name check is cleared and FP results are also uploaded and told us to patient...
 
Hi:

My I-485 was approved on 7/13/07 but derivative was pending.

I noticed LUD on my approved I-485 and the pending derivative I-485 on 7/14/07.

The Derivative I-485 was approved today 07/16/07.

Hence you too should be getting your derivative I-485 shortly.

Hi tsc eb1or,

can you post the activities on your spouse case? AFter my spouse gave her FP (code 3) there were couple of LUDs. after that it became stand still. we are leaving for India on thursday. If her approval comes we will be in trouble :) we can't leave. post the activity (LUDS) please.

The LUD before the approval mail was Aug 29, 2005 when we responded to an RFE. Her case strangely didnt show any changes until now.

Both of us didnt have any LUDs after our FP2.

Mine had gotten approved (05/14,2007) 10 days after my FP2 (05/04/2007).

Wife's case didnt have an LUD either. Only we got a "Card Production Ordered" email on 07/14/07 and the "approval notice sent" (LUD change, no mail) on 07/17/07

No mail from CRIS!!! strange things are happening. Yes both our (primary) timelines are similar (FP2). do you think once the case is with the officer visa number is allocated?

we have scheduled our india trip on July 19, 2007 and what will happen if my spouse case is approved on the same day of our trip? still can we use AP and leave the country? or we should wait till we get our card in hand? any idea.

Sorry boss, I dont know the answer to your quandary. What did your attorney say?
 
Hi! I am in similar status with your case. Mine got approved on 4 May and my spouse is pending. I called to TSC today and spoke to the IO and she told me that the FP was missing :confused:

She told me that I will receive a letter for FP within 30 days. So, did you all get approval after the FP2? I am now looking forward for the mail which I am still patiently waiting!
 
One of my friend's derivative case got approved.. and primary still pending...
everything is in utter chaos...
 
Derivative Pending...

I spoke to TSC yesterday regarding Derivative Pending. They said that the cases might have got separated from the Primary probably due to a different last name. Any of you primary approved, derivative pending folks can confirm that? The cycle never seems to end...
 
My case was separated from primary and approved 9 months later. It is not unusual for this to happen. Hang in there!

My wife and I got our approvals in June 2005 but my son's case got seperated and was pending. We were issued an RFE on my son's medical report, because the Doctor screwed up and the USCIS wanted to make sure my son did not have TB. We had sent another medical report and his case got approved in September 2005. Try to talk to someone at TSC to see if providing additional information would expedite the derivative approval.
 
When I called TSC, I was told that my derivative FP is not in file???
Does anyone has the same problem?

I was told that they have mailed me a document for FP but it has been 10 days since the document was mailed but I received nothing yet!
