You can contact a congressman now since your case is already behind the "official" 21 month processing timeframe.

Before you do that, however, I suggest replacing your keyboard. The "Caps/Lock" button is obviously stuck. :)

Which is very important.
Who is the Best Senator in NJ thru which i can get the work done. and also what is the procedure to contact? Can I walk in to their office with out any appointment to put in a request.

In short, the answer is "I don't know"

Several people here have recommended Jon Corzine. Sen. Frank Lautenberg sponsored or co-sponsored several pro-immigration bills during his first tenure in the Senate.. However, they were mostly benefitting refugees and asylum-seekers (so called 'Lautenberg Amendment')

As for ways to contact: check out your local phone book ('Blue Pages') or visit the Senate web site for contact information

it seems BCIS is working on clearing backlog and by looking at a recent approval posted by kota in the thread, "october useless month", kota's approval came after 2 and a half months after 2nd FP..
