Several people here have recommended Jon Corzine. Sen. Frank Lautenberg sponsored or co-sponsored several pro-immigration bills during his first tenure in the Senate.. However, they were mostly benefitting refugees and asylum-seekers (so called 'Lautenberg Amendment')

it seems BCIS is working on clearing backlog and by looking at a recent approval posted by kota in the thread, "october useless month", kota's approval came after 2 and a half months after 2nd FP..
