Waiting for approval with country "other"

I am curious to find out how about people with country "other" waiting for RFE or Approval. It seems that are friends from India and China are waiting as far back as Oct\'99. The purpose of this exercise is to see how the NDs, PD and country plays in with VSC.

My info is EB2 Country Other. RD/ND AUG 2000
