Isn't that 60 days after mandamus that they should make decision. I filed mandamus and my lawyer said they should answer with in 60 days. I see here you refer 120 days. which one is right please ?I asked my attorney that I can send email, but my attorney said officer still have 40 more days to make a decision, as my interview was scheduled after the Mandamus. I assume AO is already working on my case to make a decision within 120 days after Interview.

96 days since my interview was done, but my attorney said 120 days clock start when we agree to pause the lawsuit, in my case my attorney paused it a week before my interview. still holding my breathHey you are 105
