Waiting anxiously for EAD

I submitted I-140, I-485, working permit and AP on March 20. The receipt date for working permit is March 27. I submitted them to Vermont. Can anybody have any idea or experience when I can get EAD. On the receipt, it says 60-90 days.

no one can tell you when your ead will be approved...however, looking at the jit released by vermont service center, they are processing cases received on 03/06/2003. i have assumed that you have filed under employment category.

however, before you are issued an ead, a preliminary check will be done on your i-140 application. this is to ensure that you have a legitimate i-140 application pending.

I140 has to be approved first

It seems that they now need I140 to be approved first before they issue EAD. It's devastating,
