Waiting after RFE [Jan-Feb 03]

Please post your experience with waiting time after replying to RFE.. :)

here's my online message:

On November 9, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
 
My I485 RD Jan 15 2003. I got RFE on Oct 5 2004 and RFE replied on Oct 23rd 2004 and approved on Nov 5th 2004. Waiting for the Notice.

No approval yet. :mad:. This is 2nd rfe on 485 process.
LUD : 10/14,10/15,10/19,10/21.
RD : Mar-03

Hideki, What was your RFE for. Mine was for

1) Latest Arrival / Depature Record [I-94]
2) Passport Pages
3) Visa on which last entry was made along with admission stamp in PP
4) Employment Letter [Stating Company is still interested in me]
5) My Medicals.
6) Marriage Certificate.

Coincidentally, this RFE was issued on the same day I left for India on vacation. So for items 1 and 3, I enclosed the latest ones (I came back on AP) along with the prior ones. I don't know why they were asking medicals and marriage certificate again. Representative did tell me that system indicates my medicals (submitted while filing) expired, though a memo categorically says it will not expire and she does not know a thing about the memo. Also I wonder how come my wife's medicals did not expire though we got them on the same day.

EVL, Pay stubs for 2 mos.,Medicals & Credential Certificate..
Its my 2nd RFE for I 485.
last LUD 11-11-04.

My first RFE was job offer and tax return of the company.Credential eval are for those in medical field like nurses, physician asst, medical technologist, physical therapist etc..we have to pass english exams and submit our educational credentials to a certain agency that issues the certificate..its required by the BCIS.

Guru's today i was noticed my salary was less from(60 to 52k) LC, but my lawyer did not mention this when she sent back RFE. What will be the impact????? any ideas
 
Check my signature for complete case details. It's been nearly 90 days after replying to RFE ,no change in status or LUD. Opened a case status inquiry 20 days back.

alot of users that replied to the same situation are almost unanimous that it wont' affect you at all..I hope you get your approval soon without any problem.
 
My RFE response was submitted on 10/01, received on 10/04 by VSC'. Still no news.. Hmmm.. what to do..?
 
USCIS received response for I-485 RFE on 11/10/04 and LUD updated on 11/11/04.

Here is my RFE story.
My LUD changed on 3rd and 4th Nov, no e-mails and no On-line message change till yesterday, Yesterday we received e-mails stating that they received RFE responce. So I contacted my attorney today. Guess what, they issued one RFE for all us, questioning about our legal status. I was with company A, when I filed H1. Next year Company A was merged with Company B, which was happend before applying labour in 2001. I applied GC based on Company B. Eventhough attorney sent all the merger documentation, the adjucator overlooked the file and sent RFE stating I was out of status from past 4 years, since i did not worked for Company A and working Company B. when attorney replied to RFE, my case status was updated and received e-mails.
