wait time to get filing proof from DOL

My attorney has filed application to DOL for filing date of LCA in order to file 7th year H1 extension. I've been waiting for a month and my 6th year H-1 will expire at the end of next month. Could anyone tell me how long I should wait for this filing proof from DOL?

Its the same case with us too.

My husband's attorney has to file for 7th year extension of H-1. And he says that he has requested for a letter from New York State SESA that LCA was filed 365 days ago. How long does it typically take to receive the letter in from New York State? We are very worried.
