wait time for I-140 receipt

Hi,
I used pre-approved labor which was approved in early 2000.
I filed for I-140 on Feb'2004 and I-485 on second week of March.
I haven't got I-140 receipt till now.
Is there any reason to be alarmed ?
Labor was approved few years back. Does it matter ? I know for sure that this labor was not used for I-140 filing as original labor certificate was still with the company.

I dont know abt the receipts but as long as you had the necessary experince as of the date the labor was filed, it doesnt matter whether the labor was filed in 2000 or earlier.
 
It is taking 10 days - 2 weeks to get the receipt. Did you check with your lawyer/employer?

I haven't got the receipt till now.
Mine is substitute case.
But I did get the copy of the cheque which was cashed by BCIS and got the WAC number. It was there at the back of the cheque
Online Status says that they have send the receipt.
But there is one more anamoly. Receive date is 14 days later than the date they actually received my application.
Don't know why this will happen ?
