Wait time for FBI background check( prior misdemeanor) after N-400 interview

Friends,

I took my Citizenship interview in Newark NJ USCIS on 24th November 2009 and passed it. I was convicted of a Misdemeanor in 2002 but havent had any issues since then. After the interview, I was told that I would have to wait while the FBI completes their background check before Im invited to the oath ceremony. It has been 3 weeks and I havent heard anything. Does anyone have an idea about the timeline?

Be patient. Give it at least 45 days after FP to start inquiring about IL if you don't receive it by then.
