Could anyone please tell me, normally how long does it take to get AC21 approved from USCIS?
----------- AC21 is a request to approve pending I-485 with new permanent job offer. nothing like AC21 approval. when your I-485 is approved and you invoked AC21 BEFORE I-485 approval it means the I-485 is approved based on AC21
What document do they send informing the approval?
--------Nothing for invoking AC21. when they approve I-485 you or your lawyer gets I-485 approval letter
