Wait is over....:) Namecheck memo works!!!

Got the much awaited emails (welcome notice and card production ordered) this morning for both me and my spouse.....there were no LUD's or anything....just straight emails this morning.

We are very thrilled....and would like to thank everyone in this forum for all the responses to our queries, sharing their experiences and all the support to get through tough time......

And for everyone who is waiting.....hang in their. The namecheck memo is working, and you will see the emails soon.

with new memo all NC Pending cases have escalated and NC clear not. when I called I came to know that your case didn't fall in NC Pending memo case where cases are marked as high kind of.

can you imagine how USCIS guys are jerk.....

what a BS and how frustating it is........

NC Cleared in 07 - took 3 yrs and now new memo is killing due to USCIS processing...

Yes, correct It is trending like it is pure luck.

I am not sure if I have luck.

It is like looking out for stars even if sun is out there.

USCIS is one of the most efficient US Govt Department on Earth, they work so effcient that no one can image.
