wait for h4 till oct??

My wife is on h4, and I am on h1 visa. She is getting job offers from Indian IT companies, but only couple are willing
to employ her illegally at a client site until october. Anybody who has been a similar situation please give some pointers..What are the risks, and cons??

I am a EB3 applicant, and planning to file her 485 when dates become current for my 485 application..

Illegal work is way more serious than being out of status or a little bit overstay. I recommend to wait for Oct, or wait for EAD.
