Wait after RFE

My online status says that RFE response is received on July 28, 2004. What is the approximate wait time once INS receives the RFE response?

RD feb 7 2002
2nd FP Jan 4 2004
RFE issued May 11th 2004
RFE response received by INS July 28th 2004

I responded to the RFE and it was received by INS on July 26th.

Still no word from them.

485 RDis April 2002 WAS 02169XXXX

RFE was for three paystubs, last two years w2, company financials, canceling my previous Green card that was abandoned ( company went bankrupt),

Give four weeks and start fax inquiries, being proactive seems work from others experience.
 
seems it varries from case to case, mine was received on 28th last month and approved on 5th.....with till 28 then start out faxes and inqs.

why don't you check the case status website, the details you are looking for is clearly available there friend.

But what you guys put in "Nature of Enquiry". They received my RFE response on 08/11 and LUD 08/12. After that nothing is happenning.Want to send FAX inquiry.
 
Format for Fax enquires

Is there a format or a template that is used for Fax enquires. If yes can someone please post it. Thanks
