reasons of I-140 denial:
1. company's financial ability
2. the job is not a permanent full time job

reasons of appeal:
1. provide company's tax return and financial statement
2. provide employment contract and state the nature of the job

There were total 6 pages of the approved letter from AAO. it still stated that the supported documents submitted for appeal did not provide efficient supported on the turn of the decision in the first five pages. However, on the last sentence of the last paragraph of the letter, it stated that the case was approved…I can never understand how…
