Seems like unfortunate June 2003 cases are being sent their first FP notices finally. Got mine yesterday in the mail, web status has not yet been updated. My June 03 buddies can relax now, it is coming soon!

Are you con-current filing case or not? My ND for 140 and 485 is 7/1/2003. Have not got the fingerprint notice.

I'm concurrent (applied for 485 while I-140 not yet approved).

Mine is concurrent filing. FP scheduled at Oakland on 9/7/04. Did early FP at San Jose today. Started waiting again.

Checked with FBI. FPs were received by FBI on 8/10/04 and results send back to California Service Center the same day. The wait continues.
