My case has been approved yesterday. The online case status changed today. Yet to receive the emails from USCIS. The spouse petition has also been approved. :D

RD: April 21 2003
I-140 EB3 Approved on 12/16/03 (Was denied earlier due to ed. equivalency issues).
FP: 03/19/04
No RFE
LUD: 6/15, 7/2, 7/3, 7/16 :D

I am april 2003.
i had a LUD on 7/2 ,did FP in March 2003 hopefuly i am in line

me too same LUD and same message like you.

My wife LUD changed to 07/14,but not mine( LUD: 6/24, 7/1, 7/3)

When did your message changed Aproval? Please let me know the time.

Even I am EB3,
I-485 RD :Apr-16-2003,
FP : MAR-17-2004
RFE on May-05-2004 asking for the past 3 yrs tax forms, 3 most recent paystubs. I am still with the same employer, didn't used AC21 Act.

My LUD is Jun-08th.
How do you check the LUD logs?
 
WAC-03-177-XXXX Approved!

My ND was May 2003 and looks like my 485 AOS just got approved today!!
I still can't beleive it!. The last I checked they said they were still waiting to
receive my fingerprints (which were taken several months ago). Anyway,
I'm not complaining.

My 140 got denied and then approved in april 2004 ..and my RD for 485 is June 17 2004!!!
