I was wondering if there are people in the same boat.
I am tired of putting inquiries,no response.

Any suggestion?

That I know.... I wanted to know if I should do something about
the original application?
Are there cases from 03018 and near by pending ?
 
iEAD...the man said it...

now if you want to do about your EAD application...call call call call call..wait wait wait wait wait......thats alll....and then one fine day when you are exhausted it will be done by itself....

now go and follow what the man(digduxy) said before...iEAD...

WAC-03-001 and still waiting...

However I have got iEAD. Applied for renewal EAD based on the expiration of iEAD.
I don't think I will ever hear about my first EAD application. Hopefully I will get the second one approved in time (or else yet another iEAD).

Thats what I was looking for.. Sounds like we can apply for renewal based on IEAD..
 
This is what happend in my case...

I applied for EAD in July 2002. Got RFE for signature in Oct....no response from BCIS for 6 months...then in May 2003 my laywer sent a fax...

They approved my First EAD in July 2003. so i waited for my first EAD for 1 yrs...very unlikey....but thats what happend...

btw my first EAD started from July 2003....now the good side is that I never had to apply for the second EAD like most folks here and I didnt care coz i could have always gotten my iEAD anytime if the shit really hit the fan....
