WAC03 approvals - some data

Looking at some of my friends WAC03 approvals, found that those who did concurrent filing in a group ( more than one application from a company at same time) are getting approvals.

Those who got approval can shade some light.

Two of my colleagues in the same company with RD of June 2003 have been approoved. I think they were filed together.
Mine is March 2003 and has not been approoved and so is another person from Aug 2002
 
RD of June 2003 for I-485 and already approved? That is amazing. Is that WAC03....

Were these folks EB1?
 
David5746, how sure are you that they filed concurrently? Did you hear anyone filed around 6/2003 but noncurrently get approved? thx
 
I KNOW they are concurrent.
I don't know about non concurrent casees except the 2002 case I mentioned above.

EAD and AP applications were denied as 485 is no longer pending.

Lawyer did not recieve the approval letter yet. So no news of the stamping date.

Thank you one and all for the excellent moral support you've been throughout this odessey. We always tried to draw inspiration from the manner most of you took things in your stride even when they were not going your way.

Hope good news is around the corner for all you waiting out there.

Congrats.
I got an RFE, asking my 3 most recent paystubs and past 3 years tax returns which I already submitted. Also my wife got an RFE asking her to finish the vaccination which she couldn't take since we were planing for pregnancy. Now my wife hasn't taken those vaccines yet, probably 1st or 2nd week of july we're planning.
Any idea if USCIS will hold the processing of both the application till both of them submitt their replies.?
 
Congratulations.........the long journey is over for you. Seem slike they are processing cases where the fingerprints are expiring soon. When did you get your fingerprinting done? Are you a concurrent filer?

Folks who have the good fortune of giving approval news: Can you please indicate if any RFE was issued if so what kind and if any other documents were required before approval. Also whether they had to do a second fingerprinting.

2nd FP notice

Me and my wife recv'd our 2nd FP notice yesterday. Atleast shows the case is alive. Any idea what happens after 2nd FP notice?

1st FP RD: 02/2003
 
I filed I-485 (EB2) concurrently on March, 2003 and just got approved this week without any RFE.
For those who waiting, good luck, guys! I am sure you'll receive the approved notice just like that!

I cannot believe my eyes. I-485 approved CSC.

Details:
EB2, Non-concurrent

Labor filed 3/01, approved 03/02
I-140 RD 04/02 approved 04/03
I-485 RD 09/03 approved 08/04!

No RFEs nothing.

I hope my case is not an exception and others with similar time frames
get approved soon!
