I would like to share my information to you guys and thank all of you for help
from this forum. It did help me get through the tough time.

I got the email update from USCIS that both mine and my husband's cases have been approved on May 17. The follwoing is the details:

Wac03-104 (Not concurrent filing, EB1)
RD Feb/2003
ND Apr/2003
FP Apr/2003
Until yesterday, the web site status was still: received finger print and pending review.

NO RFE and NO 2nd FP.

I signed up on the online status update in April (last month), and I saw the last update date was 2/18/04. I was thinking that maybe they were working on my file. Last week I asked my lawyer to inquiry about my status since it was always on pending review on fingerpring. And then my laywer told me that INS told her that my file was with an officer. She called on 5/10 and the website updated on 5/11.

One of my friend also got approved today (Oct/2002, concurrently filing)

I am really grateful to get a lot of info from this forum. Thank you very much again
 
Congrat! Can you please post the whole pending message it says? I think most people message should like "Your fingerprint was received on .... Your case was resumed. We will let you know once decision is made". Why yours is finger print pending? thx
 
The message was quite rare:

On April, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.

I was worried at first, but I checked a lot of RD # around mine. They all shows the same message, so I think we were in the same time frame of fingerprint.

My husband's message was just like most people: received and resumed.

can you please provide the means of communication I mean that how did Your lawyer contacted. I want to pass this info. to my lawyer(he is an idiot as he does not know anything about it) and have him make inquiry as well.

1)If is thru fax then please provide me the fax #
2) if its thru some phone number then pls provide so.
3) if thru some special website then pls provide me so.

Can you please post the fax message that your lawyer sent, like what he filled out in the inquiry form. Bcoz I have tried asking them to expedite my request previously and they have denied it.
Did your lawyer just send in a inquiry sheet or did he put in any special circumstances or reason to expedite etc.
 
Actually I have no idea how she did it?
She just emailed me that she called them.

My intend was just to ask about the case status.
