Hi All,

I just saw my online status and our 485s have ben approved.
We had our 2nd FP done on Aug 5 and Aug 19 (had to delay 2 weeks due to skin cut)
I was nervous about my case because I had to leave my sponsoring co < 180 days. I hung around and after 180 days joined another company (I don't know why, it just seemed like a good idea to wait out the 180 days).
Anyways, there was no RFE and that saved us a lot of explaining.
All waiters, hang in there, good things will happen.

And million thanks to this forum : The people on this are truly wonderful!!!

I did not file ac21. My lawyer did not think it necessary.
She said that ac21 is a very grey area and my decision is so far away that we'll deal with it when it comes depending on circumstances at that time (she's a tough one).
