Hi,

My case, along with my wife's and son's, have been transfered to San Diego. The reason probably is that my wife is a DV2003 winner, and back in March, we filed another I485s in San Diego. Does anyone know anything about interview in SD? We've been waiting for our DV interviews for three months now.

Hmm .. so we are sure that our scanning includes DV kind of applications too.

Going by regular wac trend, wac02271 is rather early to be picked. Do you think you are hella lucky, or DV visa is actually given priority over Employment based gc?
 
No. One can only file DV case in local BCIS. I have two I485s--one DV in SD, on EB in CSC. DV case must be finished by Sep. 30, otherwise you lose your chance of getting GC through DV.
