My online case status show message below, Do you guys have any idea what could be reason for it?

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:
On July 10, 2004, we responded to your request for more information
concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30
days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Guess the first question I would ask is - 'Did you or anybody on your behalf inquire about this case?'
 
On July, 12 my lawyer had enquired regarding case status.
However today recvd above email. its weird though, because mail says on July 10th we sent response .....
