Guys,
I have filed my 485 on 12/10/01. Did the first finger printing and every thing was ok.
But after a little while i have been seeing the message
"Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by the post office on July 3, 2002. To update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent; please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
I got all the documents before and also after the above. But i am not sure what they were trying to send.
My lawyer contacted them i have contacted the service center number of times. Every time i get a different answer but mostly i got "Don't worry. there is nothing to send"
After that we could not call the California SC directly any more.
Then i have been calling the National customer number...
I tried for about 10 times once in a month. Not a word. Every time they take all the details but i do not hear any thing from them.
No second time finger prints yet. No RFE. I see people getting RFE's second printing notices who file way after me.
This is like a hell. I had to miss number of opportunities because of that. i do not want to mess with my company using AC21.
Is there any one in similar situation?
Or can any one have any comments?
