Hi,

Finally after long wait (almost 30 months), our GC got approved.


Here are the details

EB2
RD: 10/26/2001
ND: 11/17/2001
1st FP: 4/11/2002
RFE sent: 6/13/2003
RFE responded: 7/11/2003
2nd FP: 3/29/2004
I had applied for 3 EADs and 3 APs

Recently I have been sending faxes to CSC everyday. It might have triggered this approval.

Is this fax number valid?

There are fax number on the fax inquiry form (PDF). The 949 number mentioned in this doc is no longer valid, the new number is 800-375-5283

I used the same fax number. Couple of times, I got the responses too from CSC officers saying my case was being adjudicated

My lawyer recently sent couple of faxes and got same response from officer, but no changes yet.
