After 3 years of initiating the labor cert, Mine and my spouse Green Card is Approved today. Just recieved the Automailer from USCIS web site.

Labor Applied - May 11' 2001
Labor Approved - July 2002.
I-140/I-485 Concurrently Applied - Sep 13, 2002.
I-140 Approved - Jan 26 - 2003,
I-485 Approved - May 13, 2004.
This forum has been very helpful in getting a lot of information, more than my attorney...
I wish you all good luck and hope everyone gets their cards pretty soon.

Question: Did you do anything to expedite the processing after your RFE reply was received? Did you fax them or call the USCIS hotline?

My RFE reply was received on 4/2 and there has not been any answer yet.

Hi, No I didnt do anything. I was initially worried as RFEs received after me are getting approved. Checking 5-6 times everyday...I didnt check at all yesterday and it was approved..:)

Are you concurrent filer. What is your updated date in portfolio. Have you got 2nd FP notice yet.
