This site has been a great reference for me to trace the INS processing progress. Thanks you all for all your efforts to help and share info. with others.

BTW, can anybody tell me if the couple need to go together to have the passport stemped? My husband is outside the country, and will not be back until mid-Sept. Shall I go for stemp first by myself?

Thanks!

Congratulations!!!

:)

Enjoy.

Yes, I guess it should not matter, you can go alone and get it stamped. Because each one of you will have your individual approval letters, it should not be a problem at all

What did they ask in your RFE

Hi

Can you please let us know what was your EAD RFE about?

Thanks

Thanks for all your greetings and answers.

FYI, my EAD REF is copy of I140 approval notice and marriage certificate. (They required the same REF for my husband.)

Priority date

Please let us know what was your priority date.

Looks like INS is processing based on Priority dates.

Thanks

I'm not quite sure my priority date. Where can I find it?
But I know my labor (RIR) was approved on 2/8/2001.
As when I filed the labor, it might be in Dec. 2000.

Good luck.
