WAC O3-052-XXXX - Confused with Case Update Status

Guys, check this out - I am scheduled to get my 2nd FP taken Aug 10 in SF. However, I get this case status update this morning. Any thoughts? I am totally confused and have sent a email to my lawyer with his thoughts as well.

I doubt if USCIS is approving cases with expired FPs....
But hey - maybe you got lucky :D
 
I did some research and figured out that more than likely this is an RFE - which might not be all that bad consider the facts...

I got the same message " On April 1 the document we .... was mailed directly to the person..." 17 days after that my lawyers got RFE for me. I never got anything. Called them, verified address (I didn't move), sent faxes. No result.
 
approval message

Your online message is almost the same as my advance parole approval message last year. I didn't know what it meant but I received the approved advance parole in the mail within a week.

I replied to my RFE for medical supplement form on 7/23, reached CSC on 7/26. Then I see the message changed to

"On July 27, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

so either this is a 2nd RFE or it is God knows what!!! well.. will wait and see..

doesnt look like many people get this message... at this point, its almost funny to see case progress with CSC. :D
 
I've got the exact same thing:

2nd FP notice 7/13; appointment date 8/14. No RFE so far.

Looks like I should receive an RFE, then?

And if they must post cryptic messages like that, can't they at least FIX THE GRAMMAR ALREADY?!!
