Got emails from CSC on Aug 26th saying my case has been approved on Aug 25th, interesting enough, our I-485 notice date is exactly one year ago.

Case Detail:
I-485 EB2 Non-concurrent: 8/2003
First FP: 5/2004
Approved: 8/2004

As we can see some random approval of late 2003 cases, my guess is the next JIT would be June 2003.... Nobody can predict what BCIS is thinking and doing.... God bless us all.

Still waiting for I-485 while other latter one's got them

My employer's attorney filed mine and my family's I-140/EAD/AP/I-485 last year. The receipt date is: May 29, 03 (WAC-03-180-5xxxx). I-140 has been approved. EADs and APs were also approved, and will expire in January 2005; my lawyer is filing for their timely renewal.

It seems that a lot of people who filed this year for all of the above have already got their I-485 approved.

Looks like USCIS does not follow their queue system. It is somewhat puzzling.

Any one in the same situation as mine?
