Hello,

I checked status on the USCIS website last week and was pleasantly surprised to see that both mine and my wife's 485 was approved. Received approval notices with in 5 days.

Dates/Details:
- EB2 / Labor Substitution / Non - Concurrent
- I-140 Approved: 05/01/2003
- I-485 Receipt Date - 08/08/2003
- FP - 04/21/2004
- I-485 Approved on 07/26/2004

I wish the Best of Luck to all those who are waiting and thank all the members of the forum for keeping the discussions alive.

Did you recently apply for either EAD renewal OR did you make any address changes? :eek:
