I am WAC 02 050 xxxx, my AVM changed on 08/08 to RFE, my attorney has not yet received the RFE, when did your AVM change.

Dear All:

I got my courtesy copy at home yesterday. The AVM has not updated yet. Following is my detail:

RD:11/2/01
ND:11/20/01
AP:12/01
EAD: got a RFE and approved, but no EAD card yet
FP: 5/7/02 San Jose
RIR EB2
got courtesy copy 8/12/02, approved on 8/8/02

It was not a smooth journey for me for the whole green card process. But I am luck enough to finally achieve it. Thanks for everyone here to share their experience. Even though we have never seen each other, sometimes I feel our lives are so close. This website is one of the most important place to check out during the past years!

Hope all your guys get your approval soon! I will keep on posting when I get official notice from attorney!

RFE Recvd by INS 08/15/2002

As of 08/15, the AVM says my case will take 160 days.

I also added my spouse on 05/16/2002 on my application
(after my FP) and her FP date is 07/03/2002.

I am waiting and hope it's gonna be a short one

Hello,

I got RFE for 2001 tax forms, W2 and recent paystubs on 08/08. I sent all required papers on 08/12. AVM changed to 160 days on 8/14.

I had already put my details in other threads. Anyway here my details again.

RD 10/26
ND 11/19
FP done at San jose on 04/03
RFE for 485 on 08/08
RFE replied on 08/12.
Message changed to 160 days on 08/14.
