Dec 2003
Letters and faxes to congresswoman/senators with content from immigration.com
Spring 2004
Very helpful exchange of emails/calls with Sanchez' staffers. Much more helpful than Eshoo's staff.
April 2004
Founded new company. Filed AC21 with EVL, detailed job description, W-2 (2003), copy of tax return from 2003. Created 6 new jobs for California.
May 2004
Received 2nd FP notice for 6/17.
Met with Anna Eshoo staffer on Immigration matters. Was told that immigration.com lawsuit may hurt retrieval of information from CSC, 2. others have waited more than me, 3. they cannot do much other than request information anyway, 4. i had contacted multiple senators/congresswoman so they will close my file at the palo alto office.
(at this point decided not to waste my time with them or w/ faxes/letters).
June 2004
Did scheduled 2nd FP on 6/17 after 20 minutes lost trying to find 122 charcot ave.
USCIS site reflected 2nd FP on 6/21.
July 2004
Checked USCIS/immigration.com at least once a day.
July 23 morning: read approval emails sent out on July 22 (8:01pm time stamp).
To do:
Get stamping w/ appt in SJ when original approval is received by lawyer.
Continue sending letters to congresswoman Eshoo and Sanchez on CSC delays, citizenship delays.
