Just got back from vacation and saw the magic emails.. Both my wife and my I-485 applications have been approved.
Here are details
EB2
Labor started in Feb 2001
I-485 ND May 28, 2002 WAC-02-194-XXXXX
3 EADs, 3 APs
Stayed with one employer all through the process
No RFE, but I had sent 3 pay stubs, last 3 year TAX returns and EVL with a follow up letter in May 2004
No change in LUD. I had my lawyer start an inquiry on Aug 10, 2004
I-485 Approved on Aug 19, 2004
A big relief to see the approvals. Will go for stamping at Charlotte, NC after receiving the approval notices.
Have been visiting this forum multiple times everyday. Thanks to everybody on this forum especially Kashmir, I40_takes... and others for their contributions
